My Account
How do I place an order?
Please visit our “How to Shop” page for a guide to placing your order with Uber Organic.
Is there a minimum order?
We have no minimum order for our Weekly and Fornightly boxes (including Trial Boxes) which start at £8.50.
However for one-off orders the minimum order value is £15.00.
How do I choose the time I want my box delivered?
When you have finished selecting the box and other items you would like to have delivered, go to the “Choose Delivery Slot and Check Out” beneath your Shopping Basket on the right. This will enable you to select one of the delivery slots as a step during the checkout process.
When is the earliest I can select my delivery slot for?
Usually, our system allows you to select delivery slots for the next day depending on your post code. However in some cases the earliest slot maybe 2 days in the future, this allows us to source and deliver only fresh produce.
What happens if I am not at home to receive my box?
We can leave your box at a designated place outside your home. If you would like us to leave it with one of your neighbours, please send us an email with name and address of your neighbour to customers@uberorganic.co.uk
Can I place a repeat order?
Yes, you can. Our clever system will allow you to place a repeat order for any of our boxes and will even let you add other items of your choice to your Weekly and Fortnightly order. You will also be able to add other selected items to your repeat order (such as Milk, Bread, Canned tomatoes etc) when you go to “Choose Delivery Slot and Check Out” during the final steps. Can I cancel my repeat order?
Yes, you can cancel your repeat order. Repeat orders can be cancelled after a minimum of 1 month. After the first month, two weeks notice via email are required for us to arrange the cancellation of your box.
What if I go on holidays and want to stop my order for the time I am away?
You can stop your order for the time you are away by logging into your account, clicking on "Holiday Period" and select the date you will be away (from date, to date) on the calendar. Our system allows a total of 6 weeks holiday a year.
Do I receive an invoice?
We provide you an invoice when we deliver your organic box. You can also view your Invoices by logging into your account.

How fresh is your produce?
We make sure we receive only the freshest fruit and vegetable from our organic suppliers during the night prior to your delivery. Just to put your mind at ease for the short durartion your produce is with us it is kept in our effectively managed cooling systems to maintain the optimum amount of freshness, moisture and taste.
How do you know your products are organic?
As a certified organic retailer we only work with suppliers and farms that are officially certified by the Soil Association and other Organic bodies. Soil Association is the premier organic certification body for the UK. They are very stringent as far as their organic guidelines are concerned, even more than other organic certification bodies.
What do you mean by seasonal produce?
Seasonal produce are fruit and vegetables that only become available during specific seasons such as spring or summer due to the fact that the plants and trees are in their peak time.
What about the fruit and veg I am not familiar with?
Some of the seasonal fruit and veg that are included in our boxes are indigenous to the UK. We can assure you all of them are very tasty if prepared in the right way. What if I am not a 100% satisfied with the Box items I have received?
We always make sure you get the freshest and best organic produce. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the contents of the box you receive we can exchange the items free of cost with your next delivery.
What about your customised fruit & veg boxes?
This option is available to our Repeat Order customers who wish to receive thier own choice of fruit & veg each week. Each item is priced separately, however the total value of the box should be over £20.00. Once setup as a customised box customer, you can manage your selection online with ease. What about your packaging?
We always work towards minimising the packaging we use when delivering to our customers while still making sure that our products are packed properly and safely. We always use recycled and recyclable packaging and we encourage our customers to return and re-use our boxes. 80% of our customers currently return their boxes which then get re-used for next deliveries.
Why organic?
More than just the latest trend, organic food is a healthy alternative to GM, preservative and pesticide treated produce and food. Even if a plant is not Genetically Modified (GM) it can still contain external substances. These can either be drawn by the plant from the soil while it is growing (for example synthetic fertilisers) or can cling to its leaves and stems when sprayed on (pesticides). Even though most people think that by washing their produce with water they get rid of the pesticides, many cannot simply be washed off that easily and a trace remains on the plant or fruit. The traces of pesticide that people eat can accumulate in their body for years and are then feared to become carcinogenic (cause cancer).
Organic produce on the other hand is based on not adding or using anything that poses an unnecessary health risk to the food we eat. This ensures that only the natural goodness of foods gets into our body and not any nasty additives which are either proven to harm our health or haven’t got enough research to show that they are safe. Organic food is therefore chosen by many new parents who want to ensure their children get only the most natural ingredients at the start of their life.

What is GM food?
GM or Genetically modified food is food that has had their genetic makeup (code) altered by scientists. To create a genetically modified produce you will need to combine genes from different organisms creating a new organism that does not exist in nature. Even though GM food is quite widely used, the labelling doesn’t always allow for the buyer to identify it on the ingredient list. So many people are totally unaware that they are even eating GM foods. Even though GM foods have been said to be a breakthrough and to have many positives, the main concern expressed is that there is not enough available research for the implications on humans that consume them and on the environment.

Is your site secure?
Yes our site is highly secure using 128 bit SSL encrypted pages for passing sensitive information like Credit/Debit Card details. Our payment gateway system is provided by Protx and Lloyds Tsb Cardnet who are both leaders in providing innovative online payment solutions.
Questions on "My Account"
How do I set up an account?
Just go to the “Login” page. Go the the New customer box and click on “Register” to on fill in the required details (this will make it possible for us to get the necessary information in order to deliver to you). Then click on “Submit”. Your account is now set up and you are logged in.
How do I log in?
Please enter the Email address and password you chose when first registering with Uber Organic into the “Login” section.
I forgot my username / password. What do I do?
Go to the “Login” page. On the section forgot username / password please enter the corresponding and click “Send to my email”. Please note that the username or password requested will be sent to the email you gave us when you initially registered with Uber Organic.
I want to change my password. What do I do?
Log into your account with your username and password from the “Login” page. Once you are logged in click on “Your Personal Details” and enter your new delivery address. Click “Edit >>”. Your delivery address has now been changed.
